Welcome to im•api (discount) the most flexible discount engine for Shopify.

Our app empowers you to create stackable, prioritized, and highly customizable discount rules.
With our system, you can:

  •  Combine multiple discount logics in a single discount.

  •  Control priority between rules (decide which discount applies first).

  •  Exclude collections or products from discounts.

  •  Add requirements such as minimum cart total or product quantities.

  •  Display badges on products to boost conversion.

General Capabilities

  • Rules: Each discount can include multiple rules, with prioritization.

  • Requirement: Define minimum cart conditions (quantity or spend).

  •  Exclude: Exclude collections/products from eligibility.

  • Badges: Add visual tags/banners to highlight discounted products.

  • Max Applications: Limit discount to once per cart or allow multiple sets.

Product Price Discount

Discounts on selected products: percentage, fixed amount, or final price. Can be applied to collections, individual products, or even specific variants.

For example:

Buy X, Get Y Discount

Flexible 'Buy one, get one' promotions - choose what the customer buys and what they get (free, discounted, or at a special price).

For example:

  • Buy 2 shirts and get 1 additional shirt at 50% off

  • Buy 3 shirts and get 1 free

Money Amount Discount

Spend-based promotions: the more the customer spends, the more they save.

For example:

  •  For every $300 you spend, pay only $200


Shipping Threshold Discount

Give free shipping or reduce shipping cost when the cart passes a minimum spend.

For example:

  • Free shipping on orders above $200

  • Shipping costs only $20 for orders above $50


Special Price

Set a special promotional price for a specific product or variant.
Important: This discount changes the product’s actual price, and the previous price is shown as the Compare-at Price.

For example:

  • This product is just $99 during the sale


Cart Limit Rules

Define cart limitations: minimum/maximum units per product, or require a minimum number of items in the cart.

For example:

  •  Must buy at least 3 items in total


Price Limit Rule

Smart pricing – discounted price only applies if the customer meets the conditions (quantity/minimum). Otherwise, the regular price is displayed as the Compare-at Price.
Important: This discount also changes the product’s actual price when conditions are met.

For example:

  • Price drops to $50 only if you buy 3 units
